Nuclear HellWing - Utsuho

A little something I did for ~JeenaLight's Happy birthday!

This is a design referencing Utsuho Reiuji, from the Touhou series en.touhouwiki.net/images/7/77/…
She's a Hell raven who absorbed a Yatagarasu and gained nuclear-fusion powers. In this design, the eye is for the 3rd eye she got by absorbing the Yatagarasu, the wings are her own wings, the cape is the one she wears most of the time, the pillar thing is the "control rod" she uses on her arm, the little Sun around it is the small energy ball that moves around one of her legs, and I tried to make it look like the "caution, radioactivity" warning sign
